Lovely people working there creating a friendly and welcoming environment. Very good selection of guitars and amps with a decent enough (albeit modestly-sized) selection of basses. They had two of the basses I wanted to specifically look at anyway, so I'm happy. Infinitely preferred the atmosphere of this store compared to the others in the area

Ordered an electric guitar from this store online and received it well packaged and in good time. Easy website to use. I haven't shopped in person as I don't live in the area. Music shops in my area didn't stock the particular guitar required hence the online order. Would definitely use this store again.

Fantastic selection of guitars. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Only downside is you could end up spending a lot of money but you would have a great guitar. Great place.

Spent a few hours choosing a guitar at Project music on two separate visits. Really good selection of guitars and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very patient, not pushy. I had an open mind on what to get and was guided towards an Atkin. I think they had about 6 and I tried them all plus others! Very pleased with my purchase. Good job I live 600 miles away as I’d probably be back for more! Thanks again guys. Neil

First time buying from Project music, and I can safely say they will be my go-too from now on. My experience with Project music has been second to none! From Start to finish - fast replies and very helpful staff, Project music went above and beyond for me before they even had a penny off me! My guitar arrived today, absolutely immaculate and set up beautifully. I could not possibly fault them if I tried!!! Id like to thank Alex especially! I had the majority of my dealings with Alex, who was very kind and helpful - more so, than I’ve experienced from any other guitar store. I will come to Project music before looking anywhere else - the service is impeccable!!!!!

Could be the best guitar store I’ve ever been to. It was all about the staff. I went in for a browse and they were just so welcoming - full of great advice and most importantly actively encouraging you to just try stuff (with no pressure to buy). It really was just an all round great experience

I recently added a Furch Vintage 2 D-SR to go with my Furch Vintage 2 OOM - both guitars supplied by Project Music. The second guitar - the D-SR - was massively delayed from Furch, and took around 8 months to arrive, mostly due to COVID supply issues and certainly not Project Music's fault. They were very patient with my impatience (after all - 8 months of waiting was painful!) and kept chasing Furch for me right to the end. The guitar finally arrived in perfect condition and is every bit as good as the OOM, although as you would expect in very different ways. Having a Dreadnought that positively excels at fingerstyle is impressive to say the least. The Vintage range doesn't get the acclaim I think it deserves, they really are special guitars. Thanks to Project Music for helping me get this joyful pair.

Recently, I put my faith in Project Music for the purchase of my first ever Custom Shop Strat. The service and attention I received from start to finish was exemplary, and I couldn't fault the process at all. Herbie in particular was excellent, sometimes replying to queries as later as 8:30pm. Excellent stuff, I'll definitely be back.
